Graduated in Modern Literature – specialization in art and history – at the University of Macerata with a thesis on prison theatre in Italy, she enriched her academic education with experiences abroad thanks to Erasmus and Leonardo projects.
After graduation, she gained new specific competences and experiences in teaching Italian as a second language, teaching courses to adult migrants and foreign students in primary and lower secondary schools.
She obtained the II level Ditals certification at University for Foreigners of Siena and took part in courses on didactic for L2 Italian and on intercultural topics.
In 2013 she worked as assistant teacher in Bulgaria within the Comenius project.
She is a certified tour leader in Spanish and English. She likes being creative and kind with her students and believes that creativity and kindness are qualities that shouldn’t be overlooked both in language learning and in building a relationship with the other.
