After completing her classical-humanistic studies and, later on, focusing on more scientific disciplines, she decided to undertake the course to become Italian L2 teacher, first through observation and then teaching Italian language here at Campus Magnolie since the autumn of 2014.
In 2016 she acquired more specific skills through the Italian Teacher Training Course done to achieve the 1st level Ditals certificate at the University for Foreigners of Siena, at the same time she attended a series of seminars and courses held by Dilit International House in Rome.
Prior to the experience of teaching Italian to foreigners, she had worked for many years in the field of cultural heritage as a tourist operator and organizing events in museums, exhibitions, fairs, expo and she adhered to national and European Calls for Proposals, as a planner and collaborating with the UNPLI (National Union of Pro Loco of Italy) and the Comunità Montana.
She is active also in the field of support teaching for children with learning difficulties and the organization of literary workshops dedicated to childhood.
She has always been passionate about theater, attended many courses of diction and acting and participated in the production of various theatrical performances, finally creating her own theatrical company in which she is author of scripts, director and actress. Such experience will also lead to Teaching Adult Teaching Techniques at Uteam (University of the Third Age).
Indeed, her love for theater is always part of her teaching method, based on play and creativity, because through improvisation and fantasy students can find the right stimuli to develop a logical and at the same time spontaneous language.
