Home 9 Projects and ideas

Over the past 30 years in Castelraimondo, we have come up with ideas that were later imitated by others. One constant throughout this time has been Pierpaolo Casoni, alongside Campus Magnolie. The Campus has been a creative hub for ideas where, thanks to the experience and creativity of its founder and staff, we continue to develop ever new and original projects.

What drives us most is providing a life-enriching experience through the study of Italian language and culture, complemented by numerous unforgettable excursions. To make this happen, we have designed field lessons, intercultural events, and new excursions, ensuring that returning students always have fresh and exciting experiences to embark on.

Closely aligned with our main goal, we are committed to creating a welcoming environment for a growing number of students from all over the world. We firmly believe that cross-cultural exchange is a vital source of enrichment. For this reason, our staff members travel worldwide to present our projects and to offer cultural lessons, teacher seminars, and scholarships. A key element in promoting the Campus is establishing direct agreements with Italian language and culture institutions, enabling us to offer mutual benefits to both students and partner institutions.

At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to building a vibrant community — both virtual and real — of people passionate about teaching Italian as a second or foreign language (L2/LS). To achieve this, we created CampusLAB, the Campus Magnolie Italian language teaching lab. This project includes seminars and scholarships to help teachers stay updated. Our idea of community is to cultivate our shared passion alongside our staff and partner institutions. The scholarships are our way of thanking teachers for trusting us, while also encouraging collaboration — a core value we believe is essential for growth and for delivering the best possible Italian language education, not in just one way, but in many.

Our school operates without any constraints from publishers requiring specific manuals or teaching texts. We are free to use any available teaching materials, selecting those that best align with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) programs. We believe teachers should choose the topics of the texts according to students’ interests. This research and selection process is obviously more challenging, but it allows us to provide better service and more effective teaching.

We have many more ideas and projects that we are already working on.
